Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note international delivery times will vary depending on location and may attract import costs if outside the USA.

My order has not arrived, what do I do?

Don't worry, we record and track every parcel we send. If your order has not arrived, please send us an email with your order number, and we will find your package's whereabouts.

When will I know when my order has been dispatched?

Once you place your order, you will receive an emailing confirming that we have and are working on your order. You will then receive another email when we've shipped your order.

What items cannot be returned?

We do not take returns on custom orders such as logo rugs or name rugs.

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item for a refund, send us an email with your name and order number. We will then email you within 24 hours whether we will accept your return or not. The item must be in original condition, otherwise we can not refund your purchase. We will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your returned item of your refund status.

What is your return period?

We accept returns and offer refunds for up to 14 days after a product arrives. After this time we cannot accept refunds or returns.

My item has arrived damaged. What do I do?

We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page.
